Having a busy week ahead?
You’re not alone. Everyone is stressed these days and we could all learn how to worry less.
Our minds are loud and noisy. And they won’t stop talking because that’s what minds do. They’re like big clouds in the sky – sometimes big, sometimes light.
We need to learn the art of listening to ourselves.
Let’s do an experiment together. For this coming week, let’s meditate once a day.
Create your own space
You choose when, how and where you want to meditate. Choose your own space. I prefer to do it before going to bed.
I love knowing that I have my mindfulness practice to get back to after a long day at work. Regardless of how my day went, I have this space that I can return to.
I want the same for you. Please create a space for yourself – a space where you can listen to what’s going on inside of you.
It can be dark. It can be scary. But it can also be light and energising. We carry such strength inside of us, it’s a pity we rarely take the time to make the most of it.

I recommend starting with the 3-minute breathing space and the mindfulness meditation of the body and breath. But you can start wherever is most comfortable for you.
Over to you
What stops you from creating your own space in your everyday life? Which meditation did you enjoy the most?
Let me know your thoughts in the comments.
